An exhibition titled "Impression on Stone," featuring works by Iranian, Palestinian, and international artists on the theme of Palestine, will open on Tuesday, July 9th, at 5 PM at the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art. The opening ceremony will be attended by artists and cultural officials.
Curated by Mohammad Reza Vahidzadeh, an art critic and researcher, the exhibition will showcase over 100 pieces from the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art's collection, the Saba Cultural and Artistic Institute, the Hozeh Honari, the Ravayat Fath Cultural Foundation, and private collections.
Notable artists whose works will be displayed include Habibollah Sadeghi, Kazem Chalipa, Iraj Eskandari, Hossein Khosrojerdi, Nasser Palangi, Gholamali Taheri, Mostafa Gudarzi, Morteza Asadi, Abdolhamid Qadirian, Ahmad Esfandiari, Mohammad Ali Taraghi-Jah, Habibollah Ayatollahi, Ali Vaziri, Mostafa Nedarloo, Suleiman Mansour, Nabil Anani, Mustafa Al-Hallaj, Mona Saudi, Kamal Boullata, Navid Nabaei, Burhan Karkutli, Abdulmouti Abuzaid, Abd al-Rahman al-Muzayyin, Hussein Saeed, Tawfiq Abdul Al, Ibrahim Hazimeh, Mohammad al-Shaer, Jamal Afghani, Marc Veyrat, and Claude Lazar.
The exhibition will be open to the public from July 9th to September 8th, 2024.
